Sherwood Manufacturing is a Robotic Production Welding company with 12 Fanuc welding robots. Located in the beautiful town of Northport, MI, our company has been operating for over 50 years.
The volumes we work with are mid-to-high by production standards. The weldments generally range from less than a pound (1 lb) to up to sixty pounds (60 lbs). We have robotic cells, semi-automatic and manual Mig welding capabilities, and assembly capabilities. We also partner with an excellent powder-coat/e-coat facility nearby.
Working on various production welding projects, we have made hundreds of welding fixtures with Toggle Clamps. Over the years, using Toggle Clamps became frustrating and inefficient, and our lead engineer knew that there had to be an easier way. Unable to find a solution, he invented his own by creating multiple different clamp accessories to make your fixturing projects easier.
